Honor Roll: Faculty, Students Win Awards

RSDM students and faculty won a host of top honors this month from national organizations. Here’s a round up:

Chelsea Rajagopalan, a third-year student, was chosen from a nationwide pool of candidates to chair the The American Student Dental Association's (ASDA) Council on Professionalism. The council explores topics such as dental practice aministration, ethics, and barrriers to care and public health.

Kendra Thomas & David Paladines were two of only a handful of candidates who won prestigious ADA Foundation Scholarships.

RSDM won the Supreme Chapter award from OKU for the second time since 2001. The school’s Omega chapter was cited for “exemplary programs encouraging excellence in educating and motivating students, faculty and the dental community.’’
